Guangzhou Caiguan Paper Packaging Co., Ltd. has spent more than 20 years designing and manufacturing paper packaging for the auto parts industry: corrugated shipping cartons, colour-printed retail boxes, mailers, and others. Our 2,500 m² plant in Guangzhou handles structural design, tooling, printing and production in one place.
Auto parts are awkward to pack. They are heavy, sharp-edged, sometimes oily, and often irregular in shape — and they still have to survive a retail shelf, a parcel network, or a long container voyage. So our structural team starts from the part itself: dimensions, material, box type, and how the box will travel. From there we recommend board grade, flute, insert structure and surface treatment.
Because design, tooling, printing and production all run under one roof, colour and structure stay consistent across reorders — the last box in the container matches the first one you approved.
